BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  Reservations/Deposits

We will provisionally reserve the room(s) for your requested dates but will only hold for 7 days after requesting the deposit.  A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room charges or 25% or the total booking (whichever is greater) is required.  Cheques to be made payable to S J Brewer.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your break or holiday, charges will be made as follows:

More than 7 days notice - Deposit only
1-7 days notice - 50% of booked value
on day of arrival - 75% of booked value

We will endeavour to re-let the room(s) and if this is possible we will refund your deposit.

In your own interests we recommend that you obtain Holiday Insurance
